Camping
1.1 Arrival and Departure
Campers are warmly welcome between 2:00 PM and the closing time of the reception. If you expect to arrive after closing time, please inform our reception staff in advance. The current opening hours can be found on our website or in our app. Departure is before 12:00 PM.
1.2 Payment of Reservation
If the payment of your reservation has not been fully completed, you must arrive during the reception’s opening hours. Arrival outside these times will unfortunately not be possible.
1.3 Use of the Pitches
Each pitch is intended for:
• 1 camping unit,
• (if permitted) 1 car,
• 1 additional tent (maximum 2 x 2 meters),
• a maximum of 6 people.
1.4 Exact Pitch Assignment
The Eiland van Maurik team is entitled to determine the exact location of the camping unit. It is not permitted to store boats (including inflatable boats), trailers, caravans, or a second car on the pitch. If permitted, a car must be parked on the assigned pitch.
1.5 Fences
It is not permitted to place fences and/or other barriers on your pitch.
1.6 Careful Use of the Pitch
Do not dig holes in the ground due to underground pipes and cables. Please take into account future guests who also want to enjoy a neat pitch.
1.7 Planting
Pruning of plants is not allowed. If the vegetation causes any inconvenience, please notify the reception staff.
1.8 Clotheslines and Wiring
Attaching clotheslines or other wiring to vegetation is not allowed.
1.9 Wastewater
Wastewater must always be collected in a designated tank. If a drainage option is available, it must be used. Disposing of dirty water outside the designated drainage area is strictly prohibited.
1.10 Tent and Awning
A tent and an awning can be placed for a camping unit. However, it is not allowed to place a platform or cloth on the ground for this purpose. Under the awning, no root barriers or plastic sheets are allowed, only permeable tent tiles or growth mats. This is to keep the grass as intact as possible for any future campers.
1.11 Space within the Pitch
For all camping pitches, the camping unit and any additional tents, including guy ropes and such, must not extend beyond the rented pitch.
1.12 Age Limit
At least one guest in the travel group must be 21 years or older.
1.13 Group Bookings
Group bookings of more than 4 camping pitches must always be approved by the reception. Without approval, the park reserves the right to refuse access and cancel reservations.
1.14 Charging Electric Vehicles
It is not allowed to charge your electric or hybrid car at the camping pitch. Charging stations are available opposite the reception or in the marina.
